Mr. Sreenivasa Hosamane, the younger brother of Mr. Bhagavan, is the Prime Mover of the idea of building a good educational institution in Mysore, honoring the wishes of their parents.
He is a graduate in Computer Science & Engineering of 1992 batch from the reputed institution SJCE in Mysore. After joining Oracle Corporation, in USA, he rose to become the senior director at very young age. However, after serving there for over three years, he returned to India and continued to work for the same Company. He currently serves as Country Head of FCS (Frontline Consulting Services), a TEK Systems Global services Division responsible for all the company’s activities in India.
He is an active participant in National Marathons and is keenly interested in cycle expeditions at National and International levels.

Janardhana N S, born on September 19, 1967, is a highly experienced educator, trainer, and healthcare documentation specialist with a Bachelor of Science degree from Mysore University. He resides in Mysore, Karnataka
With over 15 years of experience in teaching, training, and mentoring, Janardhana N S has guided numerous students in medical scribing, transcription, and healthcare-related fields. Coming from a family of educationists, including a brother who served as the Director of Sarvashikshana Abhiyana, he has always been passionate about education, skill development, and effective learning methodologies.
Unlike conventional classroom teaching, Janardhana N S focuses on teaching students how to learn, enabling them to develop critical thinking, analytical skills, and independent learning abilities. His teaching approach is designed to enhance comprehension, retention, and practical application, ensuring that students become self-reliant professionals rather than just passive learners.
As the founder of a medical transcription training center, he has trained over 500 candidates, equipping them with expertise in medical language, transcription techniques, clinical documentation, and professional communication.
Beyond training, Janardhana N S has held managerial and leadership roles, supervising teams, setting targets, conducting performance evaluations, and designing structured training programs.
